Curtis Stout | Founder & Executive Director Holland, Michigan Curtis is passionate about helping people, especially the left behind, discover their role in God's story. This passion developed out of a 9-month serving trip to Haiti.
Britanny Reef-Stout | Administrative Director Holland, Michigan Britanny is passionate about education and inspiring the next generation. She finds great joy in helping others to use their gifts and skills to serve our students in Haiti and connecting them with the heartbeat of One 17: to help students discover who they are in Christ and what they were created to do.
Sarah Smith | Communications Director Denver, Colorado Sarah is passionate about telling stories and equipping others to discover and tell their own. She believes that faith-based nonprofits and the local church are on the front lines of standing against injustice and fighting for the left behind. Trained as a teacher, she knows the importance of education and the value that each and every student brings.

Tyler Radcliff | Board Secretary Plant Manager at North Star Exchange | Kokomo, Indiana Tyler was a part of the founding board of directors in 2011 and has been leveraging his time, talents, and treasures ever since then.
Evan Barnhart | Board Member International Director at Redwood Schools | San Francisco, California Evan believes deeply in the power of hope through education and has a been a board member since 2016.
Phil Dirkse | Vice Chair Engineer at Disher Design | Holland, Michigan Phil is passionate about STEM-based learning, sailing, and helping people grow in their walk with Jesus. He joined our board in 2017.
Jean Merrell | Board Member Director of the Way and Nonprofit Advocate | Kokomo, Indiana Jean loves people, volunteering wherever God leads her, and traveling to far away places. She has been a board member since 2015.
Abigail Tice | Board Member Nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital | Chicago, Illinois Abby is passionate about Jesus, building God's Kingdom, health, food, and culture. She joined our board in 2017.
