“Chesed shel emet” is a Hebrew saying that translates as “true and loving-kindness.” The words are beautiful and thought-provoking, but the practice is even more compelling. What is the practice? Author Mitch Albom describes “Chesed shel emet” as “doing something for someone that can never be repaid.” It is an act of service with no strings attached. It is the giving of a gift, big or small, without expecting anything in return.

The invitation you have before you is to practice true and loving-kindness by helping us to provide an essential resource, build a sacred space, or meet a critical need. Continue browsing and you’ll see our 2024-25 budget laid out for you in five impact areas with a detailed, timely need. As you browse our Gift Catalog, consider areas of impact that resonate with your heart and prayerfully consider making a year-end gift to our organization.

We’re on a mission to provide access to education and the Gospel to students who may otherwise be left behind. Your year-end gift will help us serve over 850 students in Haiti and Cambodia, and many more in the future!
