When Jesus tells us to go into all nations, He’s talking about more than borders. He’s talking about reaching every single people group with the good news and hope of His Gospel.
A people group isn’t just a country; it’s a community of people with its own language, belief system, history, culture, and identity.
A people group is considered unreached when less than 2% of its population is evangelical Christian.
What does this mean? It means that unreached people groups not only don’t know Jesus, they don’t even know His name. Not only do they not experience the hope of the Gospel, they don’t even know that it exists.
As we strive to bring hope through education to the left behind, we know that true hope isn’t possible without the love of Jesus. That’s why we feel so burdened for the left behind of unreached people groups, and why we’ve decided to take action.
We are planning an exploratory trip to Cambodia to determine if this is the right area for us to begin working in. If God aligns the right opportunities, location, and partnerships for us, we will begin the process of developing a school campus to bring hope through education to the unreached people groups of Cambodia.
