Our start-up story has been full of adventure.

The Founding Trip

September 2011

Lynn Hale, Stuart & Emily Hays, Paul Jordan, and Curtis Stout embarked upon our founding trip in search of land and a Haitian partner

Campus Development

January 2012

We purchased 5 acres of land

March 2012

We built a road to our land

June 2012

We built a clean water well for the school

September 2012

A 205 foot retaining wall was built

January 2013

We leveled our land in preparation for school buildings

July 2013

We started our school garden

September 2013

We built a temporary school building at our partner's land

April 2014

We laid the foundation for our first classroom building on Project 117 land

September 2014

We erected a 24' by 80' steel classroom building

September 2014

We completed the interior build-out for building one.

October 2014

School opened on our land for the first time

September 2015

Building one was brightened up with fresh paint for a new school year

November 2015

Local construction workers built the second phase of our security wall

March 2016

We purchased 1.25 acres of land for future campus development

October 2016

We broke ground on the Prodigy Building

February 2017

The Prodigy Building is ready to utilize

Our Haitian staff of twenty is serving 129 students
